Our ambition is to show the way on diversity and inclusion, because we know getting this right is critical to our long-term success. Whilst the LGBTQ+ community is already well represented within the business, we know real estate and construction are significantly behind other industries in recruiting from underrepresented groups and we are not alone in finding it difficult to achieve better representation of all groups. We recognise that we still have a way to go and the Board is working towards implementing measures to make meaningful progress.

This Policy has been approved and authorised by the Board and will be reviewed every 12 months.
