KONECT 62

Our latest scheme

Acquired in 2022 with our partners Henderson Park, Konect62 is a multi-modal, 130 acre brownfield regeneration site on the crucial axis of the M62 and A1(M) in Yorkshire. A 373,000 sq ft first phase of three speculative buildings completed in February 2024, along with a 30 acre serviced development plateau - one of the largest in the UK.
In total the site will deliver 1.9 million sq ft of high quality accommodation.
