About

A pinnacle corner plot on the entrance road to Salford Quays

The Anchorage Gateway development occupies a pinnacle corner plot on the entrance road to Salford Quays, the home of The Lowry Theatre, Imperial War Museum North, ITV Studios, and MediaCityUK, which itself houses the BBC and Salford University Educational facilities.

The Anchorage Metrolink stop sits just 30 metres from Anchorage Gateway, providing excellent direct links to MediaCityUK and Eccles Metrolink terminal, as well as Manchester City centre and further afield. In addition to this, with close proximity to the M602, regional destinations and the motorway network are in close reach.

The ground floor of Anchorage Gateway will consist of a 4,000 square foot commercial unit as well as 2,500 square feet of residential amenity space and cycle storage facilities.
