Employment scheme in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Cole Waterhouse are partnering on this scheme with Peveril Securities Ltd and have applied for a flexible outline planning permission, with a maximum floorspace of 300,000 square feet of B1(c) (Light Industrial), B2 (General Industry) and/or B8 (Storage or Distribution) use.

It is proposed to use horizontal modern composite panelling systems with graduated colouring to create a soft visual impact against the surrounding area, whilst providing a sustainable and insulated workspace.

A new pedestrian and cycle pathway will also be constructed as part of the development, providing a new, more sustainable access to the business park.

On the site periphery, a landscape buffer of trees and foliage will be retained and improved.
