Novus Point, the latest addition to Lymedale Business Park, included regeneration of a 15.9 acre disused brownfield site into a Grade-A logistics warehouse with a new road access.
Cole Waterhouse, in a joint venture with Peveril Securities Ltd, has successfully delivered a 331,800 square foot warehouse in Staffordshire. Following receipt of detailed planning, funding was secured from Ergo Real Estate.
The property uses horizontal modern composite panelling systems with graduated colouring to create a soft visual impact against the surrounding area, whilst providing a sustainable and insulated workspace.
A new pedestrian and cycle pathway was also constructed as part of the development, providing a new, more sustainable access to the business park.
On the site periphery, a landscape buffer of trees and foliage were retained and improved, as well as provision of a new sustainable surface water retention pond.
