The Jon Matthews Architects designed No.1 Old Trafford seeks to employ simple elegant design, quality materials, including heritage brick to help define the future of this part of the city.

The public realm is designed by Exterior Architecture to ensure the living and working environment encompassing No.1 Old Trafford is permanently enhanced for the better.

The new Wharfside Metrolink stop, part of the new £350m Trafford Park Metrolink line lies just outside the scheme. The line opened in March ’20 and provides residents with efficient and convenient access to Greater Manchester.

No.1 Old Trafford will provide 214,000 square feet of residential and amenity space, including 139 one-bed, 211 two-bed and 4 three-bed apartments over two towers rising to 15 and 18 storeys tall respectively.

Works are well advanced on site with an expected completion date in Q2 2021. 90% of Tower 1 has been sold after launching the scheme globally with IP Global. 40% of Tower B has now been sold and is being marketed internationally by One Global and locally by Reside Manchester.
