The public realm is designed by Exterior Architecture to ensure the living and working environment encompassing No.1 Old Trafford is permanently enhanced for the better.

The new Wharfside Metrolink stop, part of the new £350m Trafford Park Metrolink line lies just outside the scheme. The line opened in March ’20 and provides residents with efficient and convenient access to Greater Manchester.
