Upper Trinity Street – Phase 1 Progress

Cole Waterhouse are pleased  to share the exciting progress of the first phase of our  Upper Trinity Street scheme in Digbeth, Birmingham.

Caddick are now nine months into the build programme – and the impressive results are clear to see.

This transformational project for the Digbeth area is contributing to the  regeneration of Digbeth into a vibrant, connected destination. Our thanks to everyone involved for their continued hard work on the project. The scheme is funded in a partnership between the Housing Growth Partnerhip, Taurus Investment Holdings & the West Midlands Combined Authority with the senior development loan being provided by BentallGreenOak.
